Common Questions
Is Rent Rewards really free?
Yes, completely. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges or payment details required from you. Your landlord earns a small commission from brands when you shop, which funds the service.
Will my landlord see what I’m buying?
No. Your landlord can’t see your individual purchases, browsing history or which brands you use. They only see anonymised, aggregate data about platform usage.
How do I use an offer?
Simply click on the offer you want. Rent Rewards will either show you a code to use or take you directly to the brand’s website with the discount already embedded. You complete your purchase with the retailer as normal.
What happens when I move out?
You’ll have access for up to 90 days after your tenancy ends. If your new landlord also uses Rent Rewards, we can transfer your account. Just email support@rentrewards.io with your new landlord’s details.
